Non-Return & Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, Concours Plates does not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders. All number plates are custom-made to the specific vehicle registration requested at the time of purchase, making them unique and non-resellable.
Additionally, 3D and 4D letters and numbers are produced to order and cannot be returned unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or fault with the product itself. We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect information provided at the time of order, non standard font sizes or fitting errors.
Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and photograph the issue so we can review and resolve the issue.
